Mr. Karcher joined Waterview Advisors in 2011 as an Associate in the M&A group. He graduated from University of North Texas with a degree in Finance and was previously employed at Wells Fargo and Neuberger Berman.

Mr. Karcher is responsible for marketing and financial analysis functions for each assigned client. His responsibilities include execution of the marketing plan, initiating correspondence with prospective buyers, and conducting preliminary discussions. Mr. Karcher prepares client specific documentation and performs critical financial analysis and market research for each engagement.
